Boehringer Ingelheim Internship - HR Recruiting with Polish and English in Wrocław, Poland

THE POSITION

If HR or Recruiting is in your area of interest, we can offer you a paid internship in the Recruiting team in an international environment. You can take the opportunity to gain an insight into the recruitment processes for Italy of different professional groups and to actively accompany them.

The paid internship is on-site in Wrocław and the duration is 6 months with possibility to extend it to next 6 months. We are offering paid internship in a great company which has an impact on human and animal lives.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will learn how to use different tools and systems to recruit the most promising employees

  • Administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, managing candidates’ applications

  • You will get an opportunity to share your ideas and look for areas of process improvements

  • One of your tasks will be the screening of potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies

  • You will take over your own tasks in the recruitment process including communication with the hiring managers and organizing job postings

  • As a central contact point, you accompany applicants through their application process and answer queries they may have related to the position

About our future employee:

We are looking for students or graduates who speaks fluent Polish and English - language skills are a must. Would be beneficial if you would be studying/ graduated psychology, journalism, sociology, administration, language studies or a comparable field of study with a focus on human resources.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Capabilities to have a full time internship, but we can be flexible and adjust to your calendar

  • Openness to work form the office at least 3 days per week

  • Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of MS Office and other MS tools would be beneficial
