Boehringer Ingelheim Regional Marketing Manager - Mental Health (f/m/d) in Vienna, Austria
The position
We are seeking for a Regional Marketing Manager (Mental Health/) (f/m/d) with a proven experience in a mental health /psychiatry therapeutic area, to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Marketing Manager for the mental health innovative portfolio, you will play a critical role in transforming the mental health treatment landscape and making a difference in lives of patients with complex mental health conditions.
Tasks & responsibilities
Accountable for preparation and initial launch and subsequent success of the mental health innovative pipeline across the region
Drive development and implementation of the strategic launch plans in a cross-functional team setting.
Plan, oversee, and directly execute the core brand strategy and tactics across the region
Work in close collaboration within the regional therapeutic area core team as well as with the local therapeutic area teams
Requirements
Health Sciences Master’s or PhD degree; Psychiatry specialisation is an asset
Psychiatry therapeutic area experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is an asset
Having CEE Experience is an asset
Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop long-term plans and anticipate market trends
Strong leadership skills in a matrix and cross-functional setting
Profound knowledge in data analysis and utilization of market insights in decision making
Business Proficiency in English

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 85.000 gross annual salary (full time). When defining the actual salary we are taking your technical skills as well as personal competencies and relevant professional experience into consideration.
