Job Responsibilities:
Manages/leads daily work activities, which include scheduling, personnel training (cGMP, quality, safety, and technical), conducting safety programs, maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, and security enforcement.
Manages the destruction/disposal of obsolete materials.
Documents management: Ensure warehouse/Logistics and planning SOP compliance with GMP and other related requirement also, that all documentation files are maintained according to SOPs and documentation management requirements.
Management of Subordinates - coordinates production requirements between shifts, assures assigned training and individual development requirements are meet, reports back to Line manager.
Enhance communication with other departments. Participant in cross-function project.
Support line manager to Involving in 3rd party logistics and warehouse design, evaluation and negotiation, prepare and update contract and document.
Continuously optimize warehouse and distribution process to enhance the warehouse efficiency to meet the business development requirement.
GBS Key user job:Train and qualify end user;update ILOL operation instruction;maintain MDM ILOL master data; initiate GBS demand/CR;ILOL GBS test;SAP WM daily check; participate SAP key user meeting; trouble shooting for daily operation and initiate ticket seek for solution.
Job Requirements:
College or aboveMajor in Logistics or Warehouse Management/SCM.
ILOL knowledge and rich experience.
Good computer skills.
Good team leading abilities, communication skills and management skills.
At least 5 years SAP user experience is preferred.
Above 3 years of experience in JV and pharmaceutical is preferred.
