Boehringer Ingelheim (Senior) Human Resources Specialist in Taipei City, Taiwan

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage the personnel reward data efficiently and accurately through support from Global Business Service; review documents and validate monthly salary payment with all changes and attention to details with high level of accuracy.

  • Maintain HR information systems (local/global) as administrator role; collect feedback and improve the functions of local HRIS for better user experience and other needs of HR data reporting.

  • Support annual budget planning for personnel related costs analysis.

  • Participate in C&B surveys, conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitiveness for each position and function.

  • Conduct reviews with stakeholders and updates HR policies and procedures periodically based on HR Plan and related laws.

  • Administer the planning and implementation of health and insurance programs; organize regular meetings of Employee Welfare, Labor-Management and Pension Supervisory Committee.

Requirements

  • University degree is required, prefer in Human Resources or Business related majors.

  • 3+ years of work experience in HR C&B function is preferable.

  • Be able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Detail-oriented, good planning, analytical and communication skills.
