Job Description:

1) Marketing Pipeline Products (MPP) Strategic Planning:

-Develop commercial assessment including long-term forecasting and business case for responsible pipeline products;

-Research and understand the market using various channels and produce new product ideas, concepts, and comparative studies

2) ECO System & Analytics & Insights :

-Oversee and lead the ecosystem setup and operation, by sustainably manage the interactions with various stakeholders within the industry ecosystem, including relationships with healthcare providers, patients, regulators, suppliers, distributors, and other relevant parties.

-By leveraging business analysis, provide insights and Intelligence for responsible inline products, enabling ATM to make strategic decisions that maximize value for the asset;

-Initiate and manage primary market research / consulting projects

3) PM/Value Lead of ATM:

-Leads the translation of the Asset strategy into actionable program plans and tracks its execution by providing project management support

-Accountable for project plan integration and management.

-Drives project governance and management leading practices.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree or above,major in Marketing, market intelligence, etc.

-At least 5-8 years working experience in product marketing, new product launch planning, strategic planning/or management consulting within healthcare industry

-Sound marketing experience with demonstrated successful track record and ability to partner with sales

-Strong customer focus including the desire to understand customer's needs and tailor appropriate solutions.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all

-Strong cross-functional project management skills

-Strong business acumen and analytical skills
