Job Description:

This role play as a role of local counterpart for global launch excellence topic, an interface for global,from Strategy,Execution,Governance,Transformation 4 dimension roll out iterate and manage the local LEx roadmap. This role need to provide asset teams with necessary capabilities, skills, knowledge, systems, digital assets, and resources today to deliver high-quality engagements and programs to internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for cross asset capability building initiatives and following up training & activities.

-Point of contact for global LEx topic, an interface for global document / guidance receiver and rolling out, manage and iterate local LEx roadmap, X-TA process owner e.g. ICP and Host Global roll-out LEx initiative etc.

-Organize across TA best practice sharing, learnings collaboration & knowledge exchange Methods, tools & methodologies as state of the art.

-Define and develop TAs capability building and development strategy in consist with global and TCM HP strategy.Identify capability needs for entire TAs organization through effective methodology, such as survey, interview and competency gap analysis, etc.

-Oversee and lead asset team capability building activities initiatives and following-ups sustaining activities to enhance overall asset team productivity and effectiveness

-Drive new AT onboard journey by collaborating with training functions (HR, CE, TA etc.), co-execution, budget planning, feedback to the course owner.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years working experience working experience in marketing,strategic planning/or management consulting within healthcare industry,leading multiple teams/workstreams.

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills

  • Significant Experience of prioritize,deisgn, lead and implement excellence program

  • Strong facilitation, planning and organization skill

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English
