Job Responsibility:

-Lead Human Pharma BU Workforce Planning including headcount and labor cost planning and accountable for qualitative outcome and execution of strategic workforce planning

-Lead BU talent related routine cycles, including succession plan, talent discussion, employee survey, etc.

-Act as PMO and support HRBPs to implement HR related projects, such talent development programs, learning programs, annual country visit, etc.

-Responsible for organization and people data analysis, and provide meaningful insights to the HRBP team and business team

-Support HRBP team to provide timely and high-quality HR solutions, drive initiatives, implement processes or tools to enable business priorities, project execution and overall team

engagement

-Ad hoc support and coordination to HRBP team

Job Requirement:

-Bachelor’s degree or above. Prefer to have overseas experience or education background.

-Over 2 years working experience in consulting firms or Management Trainee in MNC is a good plus

-Good in English both communication and email

-Strong data sense, be good at analytical skills

-Creative problem-solving

-Strong communication skill

-Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks

-Demonstrated can-do attitude, quick learning and willing to take challenge

-Self-initiative and be able to work under pressure
