Job Responsibility:

  • Aggregate, review, challenge and benchmark budget proposals from local sites regarding FM and communicates it to Regional Head of RE&FM. Owns TCM FM budget and drives budget adherence in TCM.

  • Adapting global standards and targets to regional/country specifics and communicate them to the countries and sites across the region. He/She directly leads the implementation of those in TCM.

  • Ensures coherent Facility Management targets in the region and sites in line with Global FM targets are implemented.

  • Safeguards effective solution delivery by steering FM staff and third party vendor performance and reporting escalations and performance evaluation to the Regional Head of RE&FM and global FM.

  • Leading regular meetings with vendors for vendor feedback and exchange on development potentials.

  • Acts as escalation point, resolves escalation on regional level and initiates corrective actions if necessary.

  • Manage change requests and complaints from customers on sites and provide solution in alignment with FM provider .

  • Ensures reliable data of Facility services of all sites in the region (incl. Monitoring of data documentation of FM related data across the sites in the region) is available. Manage queries and ensure qualification and trainings in alignment with GFE transformation office, global standards and regional/local specifics.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Education/Degree Requirements: Master degree and education in Facility Management and/or technical education with in-service training in the field of Facility Management and proven practical experience

  • Global perspective and international experience, must know how BI operates as an entity and within functions
