Job Description:

-Manage complex calendars; plan/organize priorities and ensure working agenda reasonable and efficient;

-Coordinate and arrange workshops, forums, conferences, prepare packs/reports/agenda, to take minutes and follow up actions where required;

-Organize internal and external events;

-Provide support to project implementation and management;

-Budget Control and data analysis;

-Process and system support;

Job Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences in MNC;

-Minimum 3 year assistant background is preferred;

-Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written;

-Computer Skills: Microsoft Office system, data analysis;

-Strong communication, coordination and human-relation skills;

-Willing to learn and positive attitude;

-Problem solving and logical thinking;

-Prefer to have project, system and process management experience which should be in line with compliance;
