Boehringer Ingelheim SPM Process Owner MyServices (ServiceNow) in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain

As Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Process Owner you will have the chance to impact our entire ServiceNow platform in the strategic decisions on how to enable our colleagues in all Boehringer globally and your main duties will be owning the process and accountable for the efficiency, effectiveness, present and following of the results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the product management backlog within the ServiceNow platform related to MyServices.

  • Work closely with the Product Owner of SPM to align the IT4IT processes with business objectives.

  • Define, implement, and improve IT4IT processes within the ServiceNow platform to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow products.

  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on the ServiceNow SPM product.

  • Continually monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the demand management process, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience as process lead in a multinational corporation, coordinating a cross functional teams, in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.

  • Experience implementing and improving ServiceNow products.

  • Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the SPM product.

  • ITIL Foundations knowledge based on Service Management tools (ServiceNow)

  • Project Management and Agile Product set up experience.

  • Experienced in stakeholder management and process design, with a strong ability to prioritize and adapt quickly for continuous improvement.

  • Good soft skills like organization, teamwork, and active listening.

  • Able to work under pressure in a global and complex environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex processes and concepts to non-technical team members.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Willingness and readiness to travel on demand.
