Contract Process Improvement Coordinator

In the Global Contract Management team, we are responsible of operational excellence processes to manage contracts for the Corporate Therapeutical areas Globally, local Spanish Human Pharma and Animal Health. Our focus is always the client and the patient, and we also we keep and guarantee that all the legal, compliance and many other requirements are complied with, in our journey the continuous improvement in every step of the process is what makes us a center of excellence, the constant innovation and data mindset is within our core values. We are looking for a Process Improvement coordinator to help lead and support the process improvement project and the service expansion needs.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Continuous improvement of Contract Management services/processes and quality standards for all Business Partners (incl. internal/external Customer Feedback, Dashboards, Data Excellence, efficiency, transparency, information sharing.)

  • Services Expansion Project.

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and coordination of a project.

  • Regular reporting of Quality Metrics and necessary actions

  • Owning/maintaining the training materials of CM, such E-Learning for Corp. Functions on CM process, On-boarding files etc.

  • Close alignment and cooperation with Team Lead CM

  • Support in Project Documentation and Coordination

  • Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks.

  • Coordinates with various stakeholders, team members, and vendors.

  • Helps track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Control Risk management, issue resolution, and resource allocation.

  • Provides regular status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Industrial engineering, system specialist, master´s in project management, economics, or related fields. (Not limited to this careers).

  • Experience in Business project management.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.

  • Effective communication is crucial.

  • Fluent English C1, other languages would be an extra to consider.
