Serve as global process owner of the end to end Global Quality Risk Management System across global Medicine functions, Medicine Therapeutic Areas, Epidemiology, Translational Medicine Clinical Pharmacology, Regions and Medicine R/OPU organizations. Ensure adoption of Risk Management principals is applied across GCP/GPV disciplines and lifecycle through close collaboration with Senior/Executive Leaders and key stakeholders across Medicine. Represent the Medicine Quality Risk Management framework in the BI enterprise wide Quality Risk Management strategy is aligned with the overall BI enterprise wide level Corporate Procedure.
Drive stakeholder management across BI divisions as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the Global Process Owner of the Medicine-wide Quality Risk Management Process
Establish a Quality Risk Management Governance structure which will support Risk Identification, Assessment, Mitigation/Closure and reporting.
Partner across all medicine functions, therapeutic areas, TMCP, Epidemiology, Regions as well as Medicine R/OPUs in identifying merging risks, measure performance metrics, and suggest opportunities for improvement
Work closely with other functions with global QM across compliance, auditing, systems and training
B.S from an accredited institution required with fifteen plus (15+) years direct experience in Quality Risk Management; M.S degree from an accredited institution preferred with six to eight (6-8) years experience
Ability to assess regulatory/compliance risk identify areas of improvement and propose practical solutions.
Previous Compliance and or Risk Management experience required.
Demonstrated experience in a senior advisory role.
This position requires leadership and analytical skills, ability to change, adaptability, self motivation, lateral thinking and Initiative.
In addition, requires exclusivity of responsibility, strategic and operational processes conceptual/Analytical Thinking, internal accountability and organizational design.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
