You are part of a cross functional and agile product team and will work on translating our business' needs into IT language and solutions as well as support the transformation of our way of working into an IT product-based organization.

This role is based out of our Ridgefield, CT location with a flexible hybrid onsite work schedule 2-3 days per week and as needed to support the business.

Compensation Data

This position offers a base salary typically between $75,000 and $183,000.  The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements.  For an overview of our benefits please click here. Duties & Responsibilities

  • As subject matter expert in the IT product “NDS Toxicology Study” you are part of a focused team that owns the end-to-end responsibility for all systems and solutions related to the planning, recording and reporting of general toxicity study data based on a short- and long-term roadmap

  • You support the development of the systems, its stability, and the integration of new solutions for the system landscape around the NDS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) “Pristima” within this IT product

  • You own and coordinate certain IT product related initiatives and demands with full responsibility and empowerment

Requirements

Principal Business Analyst-

Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with a minimum of 7 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, with a minimum of 5 years of experience; or a Master degree in Computer Science, MIS, with a minimum 3 years of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 7 years.

Senior Business Analyst-

Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or Natural Science with a minimum of 4 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, or Natural Science with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Master degree in Computer Science, MIS, Natural Science with minimum 1 year of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 4 years

Additional Experience:

Moderate to advanced level of technical understanding, knowledge in state-of-the-art technologies and understanding in system development life cycle methodology, preferably paired with a technical understanding in laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

Knowledge of project management and experience working on project teams required Expertise in gathering and refining requirements and coordinating with business stakeholders.

Experience in agile methodologies paired with agile mindset driven by openness, respect, and continuous learning.

Fluent language skills in English (written and spoken) paired with good communication skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities

  • Moderate knowledge in drug development processes and preferably in non-clinical drug safety processes

  • Technical: Scripting capability, GXP documentation processes .
