This position will be based out of our Ridgefield, CT location with onsite flexibility 2-3 days per week.

Compensation Data

This position offers a base salary typically between $75,000 - $147,000.  The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements.  For an overview of our benefits please click here. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support and promote people analytics for the assigned business area by leveraging the available people analytics dashboards and reports in areas such as workforce planning, annual review processes, terminations, leadership development programs and other talent needs.

  • Prepare slide decks with core data (hire, turnover, promotion, NPS) and other key data for business reviews in partnership with People Analytics leads and HRBPs

  • As needed; Provide support to move data from source to visualization tool and ad hoc and monthly financial headcount reporting

  • Supports client groups that are heavily regulated eg. FDA, EPA, USDA, etc. Must have financial acumen and strong reporting and analytics capabilities

  • Develops and manages interpersonal relationships to influence and support decisions of HR and Business leaders within the company.

  • Business competence, strong people analytics and financial acumen are critical for ensuring effective delivery of results. Will require active and ongoing engagement with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) and the business and at varied levels of the organization.

  • Flexibility and adaptability are key success factors in one's ability to effectively navigate in a dynamic work environment. The position requires the individual to be able to handle multiple tasks, relentlessly prioritize and develop solutions that drive/accelerate the expected business results. This position may be involved in global and/or local CoE projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required. Business, Data Analytics, Finance, HR Management or similar discipline preferred.

  • A minimum of 4 years experience required in reporting or analytics (preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees. Must demonstrate ethical behavior and gain trust of employee population. Shows and fosters respect to build internal and external relationships. Must be able to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and schedules.

  • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems and technology; Excellent knowledge and experience with Excel; Success Factors, Power BI and KNIME experience a plus

  • Knowledge of data architecture and back-end data organization a plus.

  • Trusted resource with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential topics and information

  • Ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders, organize and prioritize work with minimal oversight

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage time with minimal oversight

  • Requires ability to communicate complex concepts to audiences at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication skills, follow up with the ability to build rapport.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide the leadership to implement solutions to complex problems.

  • Work is performed without appreciable direction and reviewed upon completion and adequacy in meeting objectives

  • Knowledge of data architecture and back-end data organization a plus.

Eligibility Requirements :

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
