Boehringer Ingelheim Internship Finance/Accounting in Milan, Italy

The Internship Training Program

You will have the unique chance to join our Finance Department in a multidisciplinary internship training program in our Milan headquarter that will give you a deep understanding of the different Finance Functions such as Accounting, Controlling & Operations. By the end of this program you will gain the following competencies and be confident in:

  • Accrual process, monthly finance monitoring, finance reconciliations and reporting activities

  • Experience in cost accounting control and month-end closing activities and KPI’s monitoring

  • Gain hands-on experience in budget negotiation processes

  • Develop skills in analyzing financial data

  • How a Finance department works

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

  • Native Italian speaker and good knowledge of English Language

  • Good team working, collaboration and communication skills;

  • An agile and adaptable mindset and a proactive attitude;
