In this role, you will manage specific product production line(s) to ensure establishment of robust processes with an eye for continuous process optimization.

You will work with new and existing technologies, and you have the opportunity to make the connections with the pharmaceutical principles.

You will visit various production sites across the globe and act as a consultant to provide your expertise to support them with their challenges and to ensure successful transfer of our activities to other production sites.

This position is based in Koropi and you will report directly to the Product Technology & Lifecycle Senior Expert.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the production process transfer activities between production sites according to requirements and leads product(s) lifecycle and relevant projects activities in the BI network for products.

• Acts as Process Engineer for Bulk and Packaging Process.

• Share best practices and expert knowledge input to products and their manufacturing process local or global.

• Manages the forecasting, budgeting, controlling and reporting for relevant transfer(s) and relevant product lifecycle activities.

• Maintenance of products/processes Risk assessments (FMEAs) and Control Strategy Summaries (CSS) at local or global level for products.

• Initiates and manages initiatives for continuous process optimization relevant to Equipment, Products and Processes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• University Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical or Process Engineering or Pharmacology.

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical environment, preferably in Process Engineer or working in coordination of drug product transfers in Production or Quality.

• At least 1 year of experience by coordinating or participating in cross functional project teams.

• Good GMP understanding.

• Excellent command of both the Greek and English language.

• Customer service mindset, decision making & planning, work in cross functional environment.

• Related scientific background in technological, analytical and regulatory areas.

• Projects and time management skills.

• Risk Management skills (ie: for pharmaceutical processes).
