Boehringer Ingelheim Archivist Specialist in Koropi, Greece

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are recruiting for an Archivist Specialist – a unique development opportunity in a truly innovative and revolutionary team! In this role, you will maintain the archiving management process of Boehringer Ingelheim records, following the regulatory, security and data integrity business requirements. You will contribute directly to the end products - you will be responsible for the batch record documentation of our finished products and goods. In audits you play a key role in supporting the Quality Compliance team by providing them the required documentation.

This position is based in Koropi and you will report directly to the Real Estate and Facility Management (REFM) Manager.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements of overall management and procedures related to and within the Archive(s).

  • Supports the implementation of all physical and electronic archive controls (e.g. access control, limited checkout period per regulatory need) to be in place and adhere to.

  • Maintains Archive(s)' logbooks, database(s) and inventory lists compliant with GMP regulations.

  • Follows the documents' destruction process is compliant with GMP regulations.

  • Supports Audit preparedness.

  • Acts as direct contact to Record Owner of all Site's departments.

  • Assists in Archiving Initiatives/events.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Technical high school diploma or University degree (i.e. Librarian, Archival Studies, Information Sciences, Business administration or related field).

  • At least 1 year of experience working in records and archives management, with demonstrated experience in various types of records.

  • Excellent command of both the Greek and English language.

  • Critical thinking and organizational skills.

  • Able to work with SAP and /or software archiving.
