As the world leader in the production of innovative medicines, we at Boehringer Ingelheim offer you the opportunity to get to know the many tasks of the Stakeholder Engagement Pillar under Global Medical Affairs (GMA). You accompany us at XF Stakeholder Engagement team and take responsibility for Project Intern - CRM.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Medical department to understand their specific needs within the stakeholder engagement team and develop user stories for digital implementation.

  • Collaborate with developer teams to ensure user stories are well-defined and meet acceptance criteria

  • Communicate project updates, changes, and timelines effectively.

  • Engage with colleagues across departments to gather feedback, address concerns, and facilitate collaboration.

Your Profile:

  • Student in CRM, Digital innovation, software, IT, and similar courses.

  • Basic understanding of software development concepts (e.g., agile methodologies, user stories).

  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and break them down into actionable tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address platform-related challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)

  • You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship

  • A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)

  • In our team we also offer you a hybrid working model in which you can work remotely several days a week!
