Boehringer Ingelheim Territory Specialist in South, Swine in Bien Hoa, Vietnam
The Position
Territory Specialist (Swine)
Is responsible for delivering on financial targets in the assigned territory in line with the strategy of Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam.
Is responsible for collaborating and supporting Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam’s distributor in planning and executing technical seminars/consultancies and marketing activities to reach agreed sales targets.
Is responsible for executing the sales/marketing plan and tactics to assure maximum sales and market penetration within guideline, policies and directives with customers (direct farms, focus farms, dealers, etc.).
Tasks & Responsibilities
Deliver on the agreed financial targets.
Monitor area market conditions for changes that impact Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam business.
Achieve strategic distributor objectives in line with Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam strategy.
Have excellent understanding of customer priorities/needs and keep abreast of changes in the local animal health economy.
Requirements
Minimum Education / Degree Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Minimum 3 year experiences as a farm technician, preferred in relevant industries with proven tract record
Must be self-motivated, responsible and flexible
Customer understanding
Proven ability to work cross-functional
Interpersonal and communication skills
