In this role you will be monitoring and supervising the manufacturing activities and personnel to meet the Market Supply needs and Quality standards.

With a recent groundbreaking ceremony attended by the Greek Prime Minister and other dignitaries, our company proudly announced the new expansion planned for our Koropi plant! This major upgrade not only boosts manufacturing capacity and exports, but also creates 110 new jobs, which will provide great new additions to our skilled teams, to build a better future for our patients.

In parallel, you are coordinating the manufacturing processes to ensure assets capacity utilization in accordance with network strategy. In addition, you will have a managerial responsibility to recognize and further develop your team.

The role holder supports the Manufacturing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors and supervises manufacturing activities and personnel to fulfill the SCM schedule, ensure compliance to cGMP and EHS guidelines, and actively participates to investigation teams.

• Implements continuous improvement activities in the manufacturing department, in accordance with relevant targets.

• Drives Talent Management by recognizing the achievements of team members and further develop their skills.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• University diploma or equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering or Pharmacology.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical or Food Process industry.

• At least 1 year of experience in team management.

• Able to work with SAP and other Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
