Boehringer Ingelheim Coordinator and Project Support AH MIDI in Amsterdam, Netherlands

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Coordinator & Project Support AH MIDI, you will coordinate and provide organizational support to the regional Animal Health (AH)Business, thereby contributing to the overall performance of MIDI regions. Moreover, you will be actively involved in Commercial Excellence projects where you will support the dedicated team with ad-hoc activities.

You will work in our new office in Amsterdam while reporting directly to the Head of Animal Health MIDI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General administrative support tasks (e.g., organization and coordination of internal meetings, ordering materials/prints/translations, creation and distribution of newsletter, greeting guests, etc.).

• Provide project support to Commercial Excellence team.

• Support onboarding of new colleagues in the team (e.g., prepare onboarding checklist and schedule get-to-know meetings).

• Organization and coordination of international events.

• Coordinate the complete process around contracting requesting approval, contracting, invoicing, spend capture, archiving.

• Support Core Team processes using the organization’s systems and software tools/platforms.

• Assisting with business communications on internal and external Animal Health topics across the region.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field, or relevant working experience.

• Passion and proactivity and at least two years of experience in a similar position.

• Proven administrative assistant experience and solid interpersonal skills.

• Practical experience with project management and event organization (preferably at an international level).

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Very good networking skills, able to quickly build up a network within your job area.

• Systematic, organized, and strong administrative capacity.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively confidently with people at all levels both within and outside of the organization.
