Boehringer Ingelheim HR Administrator (Fixed Term) 1 in Al Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a HR Administrator on a fixed term for 6 months in Riyadh, KSA to support with HR-related processes and activities of Boehringer Ingelheim's HR function across the SAGEA region (Saudi Arabia, Gulf Countries and East Africa). This role is open for Saudi Nationals only.

The successful candidate will be directly reporting to Head of HR, SAGEA.

Accountabilities:

Support HR department in financials & budgeting full cycle

Payroll, Posting vouchers, accruals and reconciliation

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year working experience in HR or finance preferably Payroll

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance

  • High numerical analysis

  • Good command of English

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite with Advanced Excell

  • Strong time management, planning and organizing skills

  • High sense of confidentiality

  • Good communication skills, speaking and writing
